Refund varies on what you are buying and terms conditions on that specific deals.
However, there shall be no refund for completed services like food, restaurant and parlous services and no refund for expired voucher even if it is not redeemed.
Product based deal
If you’re not happy with a product that is newly delivered to you, you can request a refund provided the product is unused, undamaged and intact before the expiry of the coupon. Terms and condition apply. Upon the receipt of an order, make sure your delivery is duly checked and vetted properly before the departure of the delivery man.
Make sure you report within 3 days after delivery of your product is damaged or in a poor working condition.
You are required to submit your full name, ID reference, email address as well as the date of purchase via info@SHAPRIME.com. Please know that you’ll be queried where to send the returned products to as well as the procedures for your refund. The returned product will be reviewed by in the Product Returns Department and it will be verified with the seller. Upon approval, you will get a refund in exchange for the returned product.
If refund request gets successful, you will only be given credit to your registered SHAPRIME account equivalent to your cash or card payment.
Refund for the cancellation is subject to 2.5% deduction of the payment via rest online banking transaction as Bank Transaction fee 2. Refund for the cancellation is subject to 3.5% deduction of the payment via American Express as Bank transaction fee.
